The [2 on 3 off] [2 on 2 off] [3 on 2 off] is also known as the Pitman schedule and allows officials to have every other weekend off. To complete this calendar, you need to create 2 other templates that cover the night shift. This 12-hour shift schedule template is very simple. It requires 12-hour shifts, 2 models and 2 squads. However, you can extend the weeks and create a 4, 6, 8 week template if necessary. If the decision is made to go to a rotating layer, most researchers agree that if the rotations are short, it may be impossible for the body to adapt, as it takes about two weeks on average to adjust to an 8-hour change in the sleep cycle. A forward rotation, on working days, afternoons and then nights is better tolerated by the body and causes less fatigue than a backward rotation. Research has shown that civil servants who work 8-hour shifts work on average three times more overtime than a 10-hour shift and five times more than a 12-hour shift.
